I love going to this place everyone that works there is super nice. I always have my young kids with most times. They only thing is the last time I was there I sortve had a bad run in with a customer now I had my 2 young kids with me by myself and yes 2 big bags of laundry, so I needed to use 2 xl washers and I was told that I can only use one that the others had the customer baskets were on top of them which meant that they were being used that is what i was told but there was no clothes in them and they weren’t using them as all there clothes were in the dryer. Then like 2 people came like 30 mins later and used them and nothing was said to them by that customer. Normally I can accumulate laundry considering Sundays the only day I can get there and I can only make it there every 2 weeks and I always have my kids with me. I just found that very rude.

Wonderful experience tonight at Amy’s laundry. I haven’t used a laundromat in over 40 years and I had no idea what to do! We just had a grandchild one week today and the mom & dad’s washer died today! Angela Shirey was a laundry-angel; a true godsend!! I could not have figured out the laundry-card, the machines, etc without her help! She is truly an asset to Amy’s and her customer service skills with a smile go way above and beyond any expectations!!! Thank you again and again, Angela; I appreciate your help beyond measure!!!! This is the nicest laundromat in Carroll County. It’s always clean, well-lit and the machines are in great working order. Amy, the owner, is extremely helpful and seems to always be there. It’s a full service laundromat, so you can drop your laundry off for Amy and her staff to do if you like. There is also a nice restroom and a laundry sink available. There are plenty of laundry carts and the aisles between banks of machines are wide enough to pass others easily. You get a laundry card that you can add funds to using cash or credit card.

10 Stars! Working on the move all the time, I have been to hundreds of Wash-N-Fold’s all around the country and Amy’s is by leaps and bounds the best I have ever been to. From the packaging of your clothes, the attention to detail in the folding/sorting and the cleanliness. All this could be ruined by an unfriendly staff but it is quite the opposite. The workers are some of the nicest people I have met while in the area. Thank you for your professionalism. It is greatly appreciated.
