Your first order!
Your clothes should be in washable laundry bags or disposable bags. No hampers, please! We will look for them at your front door, or wherever your delivery instructions indicate.
We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 48 hours. If you’d prefer we went a little slower then that’s not a problem – just let us know when you want your clothes back.
Typically, we return your clothes in 24-48 hours. You choose the return date when you place the order.
For laundry pick up, you will schedule it at AmysLaundry.com. If you would like to drop your laundry off at the shop, no appointment is needed.
As long as your item doesn’t say ‘dry clean only’, then send it in!
Your clothes are laundered right here at Amy’s Laundry. We have new, high efficiency, commercial machines and professional attendants that will take care of all your laundry needs right here on site.
Most items are charged by the pound, but there are a few items that are charged by the piece. Check out our online price list for more information. Are there any fabrics you won’t clean? We do not clean suede, leather, or wedding dresses.
Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
No need! We will weigh your clothes for you and email you an estimate.
You only need to separate your clothes f you would like for us to bleach your whites or wash your colors separately. Be sure to let us know in your special instructions!
Unless you specify a temperature, your clothes are washed at 90-100 Fahrenheit.
While we do not have a clothesline, we do have a low heat dry. We are happy to dry your delicates on this setting.
If you would like your dress shirts or slacks hung, we will provide hangers.
