We will still pick up and deliver your laundry. We will simply apply the minimum amount to your order.

No, we NEVER combine your laundry with any one else’s.

We are happy to bleach your whites, but we do ask that you separate these items for us and place them in a separate bag. We don’t want to miss anything or bleach the wrong item!

Unfortunately, no. A credit card must be entered when you place your order.

For customers with cards on file, we will bill your card when your laundry is ready for pick-up.

There is no limit! Feel free to change your preferences whenever you like!

While we are happy to hang your garments, we do not use customer hangers.

Not at all! You may use our service once, or every week. It’s up to you!

There is no need for you to be home or to come to the door. When you place your order, you’ll designate the best spot for pickup and delivery.

Yes, we pick up and deliver for these zip codes: 21084, 21074, 21102, 21157, 21158, 21776, 21787, 21791.

When you choose recurring pick up and delivery you are automatically scheduled for your requested day. This stays on our schedule until you change your day or pick up preferences.

We cannot come into your home. Covered porches or directly outside your door are good options.
